30,000 TSP participants take advantage of new Roth conversion option

About 30,000 Thrift Savings Plan participants have used the new Roth conversion option. A survey found roughly 93% of those users said the conversion process was easy, suggesting early adoption and generally smooth implementation for federal employees and service members.
