AFGE sues EPA over contract termination, alleging retaliation against employees who criticized Zeldin

AFGE has sued EPA management over the termination of its union contract. The union alleges leadership used President Trump's executive order ending collective bargaining rights for many federal employees partly to make it easier to discipline employees who signed an open letter criticizing Administrator Lee Zeldin.
