Air traffic controllers still awaiting 2.8% of congressionally approved pay raise

FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford said the agency is holding back part of a congressionally approved pay increase for air traffic controllers while it focuses on improving how it uses its existing workforce. Controllers are still waiting on 2.8% of the raise to be released.
