The Army is publishing a Federal Register notice proposing to adopt a new personnel demonstration project plan and workforce flexibilities for the CECOM Software Engineering Center Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL). The proposal would update how covered civilian employees are managed (e.g., hiring and personnel flexibilities) within the reorganized STRL structure.
