Army CECOM Software Engineering Center STRL Proposes New Personnel Demonstration Project Plan

DoD published a Federal Register notice announcing the proposed adoption of a new personnel demonstration project plan and workforce flexibilities for the Army’s CECOM Software Engineering Center Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL). The plan would govern how covered civilian employees are managed (e.g., hiring, pay-banding/performance management, and other personnel flexibilities) under the STRL demonstration authority.
