Army CECOM Software Engineering Center STRL Proposes New Personnel Demonstration Project Plan

The Army is proposing to adopt a new personnel demonstration project plan and related flexibilities for the CECOM Software Engineering Center Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL). The plan would affect how covered DoD civilian employees are managed (e.g., pay-banding and other STRL personnel flexibilities) and is being announced via a Federal Register notice.
