HHS is tightening telework/office attendance oversight, including requiring employees to swipe ID badges when entering and leaving to track building occupancy. Disabled veterans and other employees who rely on telework as a reasonable accommodation say the changes are limiting their options and raising concerns about how accommodations will be handled going forward.
