DoD and DFAS published a Federal Register notice establishing a new Privacy Act computer matching program under OMB guidance and the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019. The program will compare records related to military retirement, including Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC), to support payment integrity and reduce improper payments.
