DoD Privacy Act Matching Program to Verify TRICARE Eligibility for Medicare-Eligible MHS Beneficiaries

DoD published a Privacy Act computer matching agreement to verify eligibility for TRICARE benefits for Military Health System beneficiaries who are also Medicare-eligible. The program supports benefits administration by confirming eligibility through data matching under the Privacy Act of 1974.
