DoD Removes Outdated Rule on Cooperation With the Office of Special Counsel

DoD issued a final rule removing an outdated regulation on cooperating with the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) in investigations of alleged prohibited personnel practices and other misconduct referrals. DoD says the regulation no longer reflects current policy, which is covered in an updated DoD directive, so the rule is being removed rather than revised.
