FAA administrator defends withholding part of ATC pay raise

FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford defended the decision to withhold part of the air traffic controller pay raise at a House appropriations subcommittee hearing. Democrats on the panel accused him of trying to "squeeze" an already overstretched controller workforce.
