Eight federal unions representing more than 1 million employees filed suit against the Federal Labor Relations Authority, alleging the agency’s planned changes would unlawfully politicize labor representation decisions. The unions claim the FLRA violated the Administrative Procedure Act and are seeking to block or overturn the planned actions.
