Federal unions sue FLRA over plans they say would politicize labor representation decisions

Eight federal unions representing more than 1 million employees filed suit against the Federal Labor Relations Authority, alleging the agency’s planned changes would improperly politicize labor representation decisions. The unions claim the FLRA violated the Administrative Procedure Act and are seeking to block or overturn the actions.
