FLRA ruling puts ball back in courts' court on Trump's union executive orders

The National Treasury Employees Union says a recent Federal Labor Relations Authority decision backs its argument that it cannot seek relief through administrative channels over President Trump's executive orders limiting federal union bargaining rights. The union contends the dispute therefore belongs in federal court.
