FLRA upholds challenge to HHS telework rollback, faults agency's apparently AI-drafted brief

The Federal Labor Relations Authority upheld a challenge to HHS's rollback of telework, a win for employees and their union. FLRA members also wrote that HHS seemingly used generative AI to draft its legal brief, noting many citations were "fictitious, erroneous, or irrelevant."
