GAO: GSA Should Better Publicize How to File Accessibility Complaints for Federal Office Buildings

GAO reviewed how GSA ensures its owned and leased office buildings meet Architectural Barriers Act accessibility requirements and found GSA reviews projects for compliance during design. GAO recommends GSA more clearly publicize the accessibility complaint process so employees and the public know how to report barriers.
