GAO reviewed OPM’s Cyber Workforce Dashboard, launched in 2023 to provide government-wide visibility into federal cyber workforce data and agency benchmarking. GAO found most selected agencies and OPM reported they were not using the dashboard, and said OPM needs an evidence-based decision on the dashboard’s future.
