The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division published a technical amendment to remove regulatory text from a 2024 rule that was vacated by a court and to republish the prior, operative regulations governing the Fair Labor Standards Act exemptions for executive, administrative, and professional employees. The change updates the Code of Federal Regulations to reflect the currently applicable rules.
