The Department of Labor said its Employee Benefits Security Administration recovered more than $1.4 billion in FY2025 for retirement, health, and welfare benefit plans, participants, and beneficiaries. The agency reported that over half of the recoveries resulted from enforcement actions, with additional results from outreach and compliance assistance.
