The Navy is offering retention bonuses of up to $100,000 for eligible chief warrant officers in the special warfare (SEAL) and special warfare combat crewmen (SWCC) career fields. The incentive targets experienced operators and boat crew leaders to encourage continued service in high-demand specialties.
