NTEU Sues IRS After Managers Allegedly Removed and Destroyed Pro-Union Items From Employee Workspaces

NTEU has filed suit against the IRS alleging managers ordered employees to remove all NTEU materials from IRS facilities and later confiscated and destroyed items from personal workspaces. The union claims the actions violated employees’ First Amendment rights and federal labor protections.
