NTEU sues IRS over removal of employees’ pro-union decorations

The National Treasury Employees Union filed suit against the IRS after the agency issued a directive barring employees from posting NTEU-related flyers and decorations. The union argues the policy and destruction/removal of materials violates employees’ First Amendment rights and federal labor protections.
