OPM and MSPB Propose Rules to Streamline Poor-Performance and Misconduct Actions

OPM and the Merit Systems Protection Board are proposing regulations to revise procedures for performance-based reductions in grade and removals, non-disciplinary separations, and other adverse actions, including how MSPB reviews those cases. The proposal also calls for improved supervisor training aimed at increasing accountability and speeding up administrative processes.
