OPM Final Rule Moves Raven Rock Mountain Complex (Adams County, PA) Into Washington–Baltimore–Arlington FWS Wage Area

OPM issued a final rule redefining Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area coverage for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). The RRMC portion in Adams County, Pennsylvania will shift from the Harrisburg–York–Lebanon wage area to the Washington–Baltimore–Arlington wage area, affecting prevailing-rate pay area alignment for covered wage-grade employees.
