OPM Proposes Moving Raven Rock Mountain Complex (Adams County, PA) Into the Washington–Baltimore–Arlington FWS Wage Area

OPM is proposing to redefine Federal Wage System wage area coverage for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, shifting the Adams County, PA portion from the Harrisburg–York–Lebanon wage area to the Washington–Baltimore–Arlington wage area. The change would affect how prevailing-rate (wage grade) pay is set for affected employees at RRMC.
