OPM Proposes New Privacy Act Routine Use for Do Not Pay and Improper Payment Prevention

OPM is proposing to add a new routine use to certain Privacy Act systems of records to support requirements in Executive Order 14249 and OMB Memo M-25-32. The change is intended to help prevent improper payments and reduce fraud, waste, and abuse while addressing privacy protections in Do Not Pay-related data matching.
