OPM Proposes New Privacy Act Routine Use for General Personnel Records to Support Do Not Pay and Anti-Fraud Efforts

OPM is proposing to add a new routine use to its OPM/GOVT-1 General Personnel Records system under the Privacy Act. The change is intended to support Executive Order 14249 and OMB guidance on Do Not Pay by enabling data use/sharing aimed at preventing improper payments while addressing privacy requirements.
