OPM Proposes Rule to Move Suitability Appeal Reviews From MSPB to OPM

OPM has proposed a regulation that would shift review of appeals for federal suitability actions from the Merit Systems Protection Board to OPM itself. If finalized, the change could alter how applicants and employees challenge suitability determinations and who serves as the reviewing authority.
