OPM Seeks OMB Renewal of SF-86 Security Clearance Questionnaire (No Changes Proposed)

OPM announced in the Federal Register that it plans to ask OMB to renew Standard Form 86 (SF-86), the Questionnaire for National Security Positions, without changes. SF-86 is used for national security eligibility and security clearance background investigations affecting many federal civilian and military applicants and incumbents.
