TRICARE Young Adult premiums to hit nearly $900 a month in 2027

TRICARE Young Adult premiums will rise in 2027 to about $4,700 a year for Select and more than $10,700 a year for Prime, not counting additional out-of-pocket costs of care. The increase affects military families who rely on the program to cover adult children up to age 26.
