VA approves nearly $600 million for medical facility upgrades and EHR rollout prep

The Department of Veterans Affairs approved nearly $600 million in infrastructure improvements for VA medical facilities. The funding includes upgrades needed to prepare sites for deployment of VA’s new Electronic Health Record system.
