VA explores expanded uses for artificial intelligence across the department

The Department of Veterans Affairs says it is deploying more than 130 artificial intelligence use cases across its operations, with additional projects still in development. The effort signals continued VA modernization that could affect how services are delivered and how VA employees perform administrative and clinical support work.
