VA is proposing changes to the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) program aimed at speeding up and simplifying development and delivery of individualized rehabilitation plans. The proposal would eliminate Vocational Rehabilitation Panels to make services easier for eligible Veterans to access.
