Walkinshaw to push for federal pay raise in lame duck spending talks

Rep. Walkinshaw (D-Va.) says he will press for a federal employee pay raise during lame duck spending negotiations. He also said he sees a "path" to restoring federal workers' collective bargaining rights next year.
